I know that Homer name is: Homer J. Simpson (J. stands for Jay)
Bart Simpson, i think is Bart Jo-Jo Simpson
but what about the rest?

Marge's name is Marjorie Simpson - née Bouvier, of course...

I read somewhere that Lisa is Lisa Marie Simpson - although I fail to notice
a source for this...

Maggie's real name is Margaret Simpson...

This has never been mentioned, but Matt Groening has said that this is
correct. (I think the story is: Nancy Cartwright asked Matt what
Bart's middle name was (they knew the initial was J), and Matt asked
Nancy what she thought it should be; she said "Jojo", and he agreed.

I read somewhere that Lisa is Lisa Marie Simpson - although I fail to notice

It's on the wedding invitation in "Lisa's Wedding". Of course, it's
now pretty much past the point where a 2010 wedding for Lisa is
possible, but that doesn't mean that Marie isn't her middle name.

(Marge and Maggie's middle names have never been mentioned - I don't
think their middle initials have, either.)

Some women promote their maiden name to middle name when they get married.
Thus, you could argue her middle name is, "Bouvier."

I'm not sure I would consider it totally official unless it gets mentioned on
the show, but it's probably as close as we're going to get at this point.

"Bart" is short for "Bartholomew," by the way. So I suppose his full name
would be Bartholomew Jojo Simpson.

Both of Homer's parents have the middle initial J, but we don't know their
middle names (or his mother's maiden name, for that matter).

in "simpsons comic royale" MG says that barts middle name is jo-jo, homer
middle name is jay and that the whole "J" business is tribute to jay wards
bullwinkle J. moose and rocky J. squirrel. he also says that the rest of the
familys middle name starts with J's but he cant remember what they are.
